pep talks (aka @peptothetalk) are an extension of the texting habits of lindsey eryn.
jk, but not really.
okay, here is the how all of this came to be.
i, lindsey eryn, had this really big dream. i started chasing it. the dream chasing got really hard. i cried alot. and cried some more. i almost gave up. i needed a pep talk. no one was around. i came to the conclusion, "i'll give myself my own pep talk." so i did. i realized: "be your own cheerleader". so, i did. i cheered myself on. i told myself, "you can do it!" something crazy happened. the tears were less frequent. i conquered obstacles. i made big moves. took some big risks. and started two really cool companies. (maybe i'm biased. but, hey!) i started texting friends mini pep talks. i made it my mission — to remind people: "you can do it!". i got emails from strangers. emails about dreaming. emails about the struggle. emails about fear. emails about doubt. emails that were written from people that needed someone to be in their corner. i wrote each person back a pep talk. it hit me - everyone needs a pep talk. all dreamers need pep talks. because, sometimes — the dream chasing thing is hard. so, here we are.
this is for the dreamers and the magic makers —
YOU CAN DO IT!
you were made to do great things.
don't give up.
#peptothetalk, and pass it on.
